Each membership tier is defined in the client’s service agreement. Fees are payable as retainers and may include variable service costs depending on estate requirements.
Membership grants access to Notochord Equine Concierge Ltd’s concierge coordination services, which include the management of veterinary care, farriery, nutrition, transportation, and related equine logistics as specified in the individual service agreement.
Members agree to maintain mutual confidentiality regarding any privileged information, pricing, or estate details. Notochord Equine Concierge Ltd operates under strict non-disclosure obligations to protect member privacy.
